11 May Short letter to mom!

Anne-Marie’s grandmas are both living very far away. We can only communicate via Zoom. It is somehow much better than when I was small, back in the late 80s and early 90s. There was no internet, no phone, and the only way to let your mom know that you miss her was writing letters. Some letters sending from Vietnam to Germany arrived after six months. It was a hard time for all of us. Many things have changed now. But the love of our mom is still the same.

My mom can’t read English. So, sorry if I write in Vietnamese. The treasure my mom gave to us is hidden behind the plain text and I truly believe it is universal!
